Before your first visit, you will have the opportunity to complete paperwork in advance. It’s okay if you can’t complete it in advance, we have copies in the office. The most important thing we need is your previous veterinary records or the contact information for your previous veterinarian.
When you arrive at Kennesaw Pet Center, you will parking in our large parking lot, and then proceed to the front door on the right side of our building.
Our reception staff will greet you and give you paperwork to complete usually in an exam room, but sometimes in one of our lobby spaces. (Take a look at our tour pages in about us to see these spaces.) Our staff will review this paperwork and your records to determine any wellness items that need to be completed during your visit. They will also help you weight your pet.
A veterinary assistant or veterinarian will then discuss your pet’s health and history with you, including your reason for today’s visit. After that a veterinarian will exam your pet and work with you to determine a treatment or wellness plan for your pet.
We believe in transparency and can always provide a written treatment plan with prices before treatments or diagnostics are performed.
At the end of your visit its time to check out. We most frequently check our guests out in the room, but also may help you complete payment at the front desk. Payment is due at the time of the service, but we do accept Care Credit should that be needed.
